Terms of Use

1. Who can use Looping

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You sign in with your mobile number, and you are responsible for keeping access to that number and your device safe.

You can create a personal account or an organization account for a shop, business or community. The account type is chosen at sign up and cannot be changed later.

2. Your account and profile

Give accurate information and use your real name or the name of your organization. Do not pretend to be someone else. One person or organization should have one account.

You choose whether your account is public or private. On a private account, people must ask to follow you and only approved followers see your posts and lists.

3. What you share

You own what you post, including photos, comments, catalog items and messages. By posting, you give Looping a limited licence to store, display and deliver your content to the people you share it with, only to run the service.

You are responsible for what you share. Make sure you have the right to share it and that it follows these Terms.

4. Rules of the community

Do not post or send anything that is illegal, threatening, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that harasses, scams or misleads others. Do not share other people’s private details without their consent.

Do not spam, collect data about other users, try to break into the app, or use it to sell goods or services that are banned by law.

We may remove content or limit, suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

Looping has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We review every report within 24 hours, remove the offending content and eject the accounts that posted it.

5. Following, messages and the Loop

You can follow people and organizations, send messages, photos and files, and share your location with the Loop radar if you turn it on. Sharing your location is always your choice and you can switch it off any time in Settings.

Messages from people you do not follow back may arrive as a request. You decide whether to accept it.

6. Blocking and reporting

You can block anyone. A blocked person cannot find you, follow you or message you. You can report an account, a post, a comment or a message that breaks these Terms, and we will review it within 24 hours.

7. Organizations, items and orders

Organizations can publish catalog items and prices. Looping is a place to discover and talk to them. Any purchase or arrangement is between you and the organization, and Looping is not a party to it.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Settings. Your profile, posts and chats are removed, and the data is permanently purged after 30 days. Signing in again within that time starts a fresh, empty profile.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep Looping available and safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Looping is not liable for indirect losses, for what other users post, or for meetings you arrange with other people. Please take sensible care when meeting anyone in person.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app. Using Looping after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
